LocalVouchers NZ ("we", "us", "our") operates the LocalVouchers website and app, helping people in Aotearoa New Zealand discover deals and vouchers from local businesses.

We collect information you provide when you create an account (name, email), location information (if you grant permission), saved deals and voucher claims, and basic device and usage analytics to improve the service.
3. How we use your information
To operate the service, show relevant deals near you, send notifications you opt in to, prevent fraud, and comply with New Zealand law including the Privacy Act 2020.
4. Sharing
We share limited information with merchants only when you claim or redeem one of their vouchers. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your account information at any time from your profile, or by contacting us at support@localvouchers.co.nz.
6. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
7. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email.
