1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using LocalVouchers NZ you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the service.
2. The service
LocalVouchers is a platform that connects consumers with deals and vouchers offered by independent New Zealand businesses ("merchants"). We are not the seller of the underlying goods or services.
3. Vouchers
Vouchers are subject to each merchant's terms, expiry dates and availability. We are not responsible for the quality, safety or legality of goods or services provided by merchants, but please report issues to us at support@localvouchers.co.nz.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. You must be 16 or older to create an account.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no fraud, no scraping, no resale of vouchers, no posting unlawful content, and no attempts to break or interfere with the platform.
6. Merchant terms
Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, honouring valid vouchers and complying with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Fair Trading Act 1986 and other applicable New Zealand law.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LocalVouchers is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act where it applies.
8. Termination
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. You may close your account at any time from your profile.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
